How can I get a Delight Mobile SIM?

You can get a Delight Mobile SIM card by ordering a Starter Pack HERE or from any shop showing the Delight Mobile sign. The Starter Pack is FREE, you just need to top up to start making calls.

Can I keep my existing mobile number if I choose to join Delight?

How many days will it take to transfer my existing mobile number to my new Delight SIM?

Only 2-3 working days from receipt of your letter.
We will send you a confirmation text when the transfer is completed.

How do I get my PAC number?

Simply call your operator's Customer Care number and ask them to give you a PAC Code.

How do I use my Delight SIM?

You can opt to keep your current mobile number and use it with your new Delight Mobile SIM. Please text your PAC Code and Mobile Number to 07892 111 011. CLICK HERE to know more.

I have my new SIM – what do I do now?

1. Open the packaging and remove the Delight Mobile SIM card from its holder.
2. Put your Delight SIM in your mobile.
3. Turn your mobile on and select Delight Mobile.
4. Enter your Delight Mobile PIN code, found on the back of the SIM card holder.
5. Add credit by purchasing 'multi-functional voucher' in-store or online.

How can I check my Delight Mobile number?

From your phone dial *195# — your number will automatically display on the screen.

How can I check my account balance?

From your phone key in *192# followed by the call key — your credit balance will automatically display on screen.
